Customer Service

There is something to be said for good customer service. While I no longer work with the general public, thank goodness, I still do customer service. After 10 years of practicing, I like to think I am finally good at it. I have found that I can turn around most situations with a smile and a cheery voice. Because of this, it always confuses me when people try to get their way by being mean. It also really bothers me when a company doesn't offer or even require good customer service from its employees. I think that with the flood of businesses out there offering the same product for the same price, eventually customer service will be the only thing distinguishing companies from one another.
